Personal Training at HolliBalance utilizes concepts different from
        personal training in gyms.  We can customize a combined program
        with Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and aerobic dance to make you a
        personalized program.   The customized training helps people
        at various levels, including people recovering from a serious injury or
        those with limited movements.  Combined, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong,
        and dance are great to improve your flexibility, balance, stamina, and

          Group classes can be crowded and non-attentive.  Private classes
          definitely have many plus points such as there is a less likelihood of
          an injury being caused and there is more focus on the
          individual.  Here at HolliBalance Well-Being Center we offer you
          private sessions that are customized for your body to help you feel
          better, lose weight, get in shape, and maintain the healthy lifestyle
          you crave. 
          
          There are private and semi-private classes are available, in which you
          get the full attention of a certified instructor. Our instructors are
          specialized in all these disciplines so they can help set up the right

          There is no need to worry if you have never taken a single class for
          fitness in your life.  Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga can be taught
          at all levels.  If you are a beginner it is important to learn
          the moves and to be taught properly.  Our certified instructors
          can take you step by step through the moves.
