Song, the owner and principal practitioner at HolliBalance
Well-being Center, is in China between November 5-19 meeting Dr.
Hu. Dr. Hu has developed his special acupuncture techniques
in treating neurological conditions such as Lou Gehrig's Disease,
Tourette's Syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, cerebral
bleeding, ADD/ADHD, etc. Dr. Hu invited Yi to visit
his clinic for 2 days last week and then Yi has
taken Dr. Hu's case study seminar from November 10th to 13th.
After that Yi is now revisiting Dr. Hu's clinic for 2
days. Dr. Hu and Yi have discussed in details about
how to promote the concept of early prevention and healthy aging
in Chinese Medicine. They have also developed a
detailed treatment plan for a 5-year-old child with Moebius
Syndrome (brainstem birth defect) to help her develop some
normal neurological functions.

About PPO Insurance Coverage for Our Services
Many
people have questions about how we bill their PPO Health
Insurance if they are already told by their insurance
company that their plan does not cover acupuncture.
As you know, acupuncture is only a small part of Chinese
Medicine. The definition and scope of practice in
Massachusetts include many other procedures besides
acupuncture. Some of those procedures can be
covered by your PPO insurance plan. The end result
is your visit to HolliBalance may be covered completely
or you may only need to pay a small copay based on each
